Custom Plugin, that shows different settings always on top

Hello,

i would like to know, if the custom plugin that shows important settings always on top, is a reaktor thing, or is it possible to use it with diverse ableton settings? I definitely need this for my setup, but i use live and artillery.

I saw the plug-in in moldover_2007_Full Projekt. its a reaktor file. i believe it is called (!) Mix Matrix.ens in moldovers full template.
